Primrose Hill Church of England Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and motivated administrative assistant/Receptionist to join our office team.  This is a part time role of 22.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 1pm) term time only. As the first point of contact for the school, the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and to develop positive relationships with the wider school community.

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is welcoming, polite and has a positive outlook.
  • Is an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has a professional telephone manner and is confident on the phone.
  • Has excellent administrative and ICT skills.
  • Is able to manage and prioritise workload.
  • Has the ability to multi-task with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality regarding the nature of the work and acts with integrity and discretion.
  • Is well-organised, flexible, calm and resilient.
  • Has the ability to relate well to children and adults.
  • Works constructively as part of a team, with an understanding of school roles and responsibilities.
